Breakfast:

  • Granola
  • Yogurt

Lunch:

  • Sliced roast beef
  • Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Jonagold apple
  • 1 plum
  • 1/2 cup granola

Dinner:

  • pork sirloin chop, broiled with salt and pepper
  • blanched green beans with butter, garlic, salt and pepper

Poo:

  • 7AM.  Bristol #3.  HUGE!
  • 10PM.  Bristol #2.  difficult.
